Overview
Talent is a recruitment agency WordPress theme for staffing firms, executive search and specialist recruiters. White, royal blue and coral, a friendly geometric sans and a ring of connected people with a shortlist card make hiring feel fast.
Jobs get salary, location and contract tags, their own pages with apply buttons and JobPosting structured data for job search. Sectors, employer fee plans, a hiring pipeline board and candidate matching showcase are built in.
Import the full demo in one click, then edit every text, colour and section in the Customizer. Works with the free Elementor page builder.
Everything included in the theme
- One-click demo import: jobs, sectors, plans, posts, pages and menus
- Job listings with salary and location tags
- Job pages with JobPosting schema
- Sectors and employer fee plans
- Hiring pipeline and candidate showcases
- Self-hosted fonts, no Google requests
- Elementor compatible, with one-click colour and font sync
