These terms apply to purchases and use of tailorthemes.com, operated by WebTailor (doing business as Tailor Themes), a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada.

Purchases

• Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Yearly plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time payment and do not renew.

Licenses

Your use of each theme is governed by the Theme License Agreement included with your download and summarised on our License page.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

Liability

Themes are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
